Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6 to 11 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after being placed, unless the order has already been processed.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
